We offer our investors two main avenues for returns: SPV Ownership: Investors can acquire ownership stakes through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), allowing them to receive annual returns. Strategic Sales: At the right moment, we may sell the properties to provide investors with a lump-sum return. This investment approach demands robust management strategies to ensure consistent and profitable returns for our investors.
Current Procurement Targets Criteria
We are actively seeking suitable properties for purchase in major cities worldwide, including but not limited to New York, Seattle, Toronto, Vancouver, Sydney, Melbourne, London, and Paris, among other similarly sized cities.
The properties must meet the following criteria:
Prime Location: Excellent accessibility, ideally situated near highways or convenient public transportation options, such as subways.
Ideal Size: The preferred area ranges from 4,000 to 20,000 square feet.
Medical Use Compliance: The property should either comply with medical use requirements or be easily adaptable through zoning changes to accommodate medical purposes.
